Large Flowered Beardtongue is a magnificent sight when planted in a large drift. The tall, slender stems are filled with large pink flower heads that support bees and other pollinators in early summer. The leaves are a soft, silvery green which compliments the flowers and adds a different variety of green to the garden.
It is often short-lived but spreads enough by seed to persist in gardens.
