Path Rush (Juncus tenuis) 3-pack of pots
Path Rush is a little grass-like plant that often grows in paths, as the name suggests! You can often find this plant growing along trails in State Parks. It can grow as tall as 12 inches but stays shorter with frequent foot traffic and compacted soils. Rushes have rounded, pointy stems, and this one resembles many of the popular "Juncus" container plants that people plant with annuals. It can tolerate a wide range of soils, shade or sun, and moisture levels.
