What are plugs? Plugs are plants grown in 72-cell trays; each soil plug is 1.6” wide x 3.2” deep. They are a great option for planting large gardens. We plant all of our own projects with plugs.

Narrow-leaved Coneflower is a short coneflower for dry, sunny places. Songbirds can be seen eating the seeds on top of the dried flower stems throughout fall and winter. It is our favorite native coneflower because of its small stature and the fact that it doesn’t spread as much by seed as other Coneflowers, making it a more tidy garden plant.
